Rehabbed home ready for owner

In the city's of Coon Rapids and Brooklyn Park are re-doing many foreclosed homes. They are giving house's a "$60,000 face lift." With one house done, selling in only one week for the asking price, they are looking for their next house to fix up. As of now there are 695 unoccupied house that are sitting. It was 800 before other non profit contractors started fixing foreclosures. This fairly new state program is a great way to make neighborhoods look presentable. It also gives buyers more of a choice of getting the right house.
