Lucy from the song "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds", Lucy Vodden, died this week after a long battle from lupus at the age of 46.
John Lennon's son, Julian, came home one day with a picture that he drew when he was four years old and he said that it was "Lucy in the sky with diamonds."
As a fan of The Beatles it was interesting to learn how the song got its name. Although it was sad to hear that Lucy died at such a young age.

That is way too sad!!! I am glad you did your article review on this story otherwise I may have never heard about it. My friend has a dog that's named Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds. Her first name is obviously Lucy and her middle name it In The Sky With Diamonds. :D
