Although things are getting better with house foreclosures all around the US including Minnesota, we are still doing the worst compared to the rest of the Upper Midwest states.
Nation wide there was 358,000 foreclosures in August. The number of foreclosures in Minnesota has quadrupled since 2005. Amazing. I don't know about all of you folks but I got my foreclosures house April of this year.

Hi Isaac--
ReplyDeleteYeah, it's really scary that good people are still losing their homes in Minnesota and around the country.
My son and his fiance are looking to buy their first home in time for their Nov. 21 wedding and the first-time home buyer's tax credit. Many of the properties their real estate agent has shown have been short sales and foreclosures, another reminder of the sad state of the economy.

This is interesting. I didn't realize that things were still this bad in the surrounding areas of us. Good Job Isaac! This is a good and interesting article!
ReplyDeleteThe market is still great if you are a buyer, it looks like things are about bottomed out. Hopefully the economy will start to pick up. I know the job market is still not good either.

ReplyDeleteMistakes:
• This sentence doesn't make sense: I don't know about all of you folks but I got my foreclosures house April of this year.
• Should be U.S.
• Nationwide is one word
