The "Cash for Clunkers" ideas to help car sales, didn't quite do what the state of Minnesota was expecting. The income taxes were $93 million behind then what the expectations were.
Making it not as bad, as a whole, the Minnesota Management and Budget Office said that all categories were $52 million behind the projections. This was reported on Monday, October 12, 2009.
