A chunk of Elvis Presley's hair from 1958 when he was in the Army was auctioned off in Chicago, Illinois. Surprisingly, the hair went for $15,000! A shirt also got auctioned off for $52,000. All off the 200+ items was owned by a guy who ran an Elvis fan club, Gary Pepper.

This summary had novelty and really peaked my interest. I would say that the person who spent $15,000 for a lock of Elvis' hair was a true fan!
